We are adaptable and always willing to make the extra mile, however we have some favorite places & venues to meet, work and organise events and workshops at.

Task management, communication & collaboration tools

For the communication and collaboration with our customers, we are always adapting to the existing tools used by the companies we work with. However, when we have the opportunity to enhance our customer's toolset & workflow with some of the coolest collaboration & communication tools available, we grab it.

Depending on each project's needs, requirements, company's policies etc. we use the appropriate combination of the tools below - and some other ones, not listed yet- to collaborate, communicate, and manage tasks offering high-quality services to our customers.

GOOGLE SUITE
Unless strictly forbidden by legal and security policies of the companies we work with, we use Google Suite to communicate, plan, organise, create data sheets, and slide-presentations, as well as to store files and documents on cloud.

We also, support and educate our clients about the G-Suite benefits and support them by the setup of their accounts, if needed. As partners of the G-Suite referral network in Germany we also offer discounts on purchasing G-Suite subscriptions, depending on the account type.

SLACK
Using Slack we collaborate in real-time with our team and keep the momentum high.
TRELLO
Depending on each project's needs we use Trello combined with other Atlassian tools, and/ or on its own to keep track on our process.

The intuitive, seamless Kanban Board's experience for ticket/ item handling makes Trello an asset to our team collaboration, workflow and task management.
HIVE
We use Hive’s powerful project and process management software to enable our team(s) manage their projects in the way they work best and easily switch between views for ultimate flexibility, while we monitor and report on projects in real-time, spotting risks proactively and eliminate emails by collecting all necessary informations through forms.
JIRA & CONFLUENCE
We use Jira & Confluence with many of our clients to enable collaboration, and promote transparency between stakeholders, while at the same time we produce a clean & tight documentation and/ or Wiki of the project's structure, process etc.

Ideating, sketching, notes taking

As you can imagine we have some preferred tools for ideating, sketching and notes taking. Still, we are always happy to adjust to each client's toolset and workflow and we are keen to try out new exciting tools as well.

EVERNOTE
Unless strictly forbidden by legal and security policies of the companies we work with, Evernote is our preferred tool for taking and compare notes, capturing our ideas, collaborate remotely on articles, and for creating short documentations about activities, tasks and project's workflow.

When we have the chance, we also, introduce Evernote to our clients, and support them on the transition from alternative tools, if they decide to give Evernote a try.
REAL PAPER NOTEBOOK
We love to take notes by hand and capture our ideas on the spot. So, we never leave home or work without our real paper notebook.
SHARPIES
From the first moment we came across the Sharpies we realised we cannot live without those markers anymore.

Ever since we make sure that we have enough Sharpies for everyone to create crispy sketches and notes that can be read from a distance with ease, when hang-up at the wall.

From our experience Sharpies are the most adequate markers in the market today for team-sharing, ideas evaluation and team voting sessions.
MURAL
Unless strictly forbidden by legal and security policies of the companies we work with, we use MURAL for all remote meetings, collaboration sessions, design sprint sessions and co-design exercises. We take advantage of its efficiency and the location independence the tool offers to run our remote workshops, training and team meetings.

As official MURAL consultants we help our clients establish, learn and introduce the tool into their day-to-day activities and workflows and educate them about the possibilities it enables for remote collaboration.

We also, suggest MURAL to our students, trainees and mentees and we make sure every new-comer in our team gets a proper introduction to the tool and its capabilities.
POST-ITs
We admit it, we use POST-ITs for almost anything, we take quick notes, use them on our physical kanban boards when working together, use them by Design Sprints and Design Thinking Workshops and so much more...

User Research & User Testing

There are plenty tools for user research & user testing available in the market today and in close collaboration with our clients we always choose the most appropriate for each project's budget, needs and requirements.
Still, we have some favourites and would like to share those with the world.

Design, Wireframing, Prototyping

Although there are plenty of tools in the market and we are pretty confident with the most of them, we have our favourites, and we are not ashamed to admit that.
